Give your Tacoma's front end a clean, blacked-out upgrade in minutes. BPF's direct insert grill replaces your stock chrome grill with a sharp two-tone black finish, no outer bezel needed. The currently available version fits 2016–2017 Tacoma models. The separate 2018–2023 version for models equipped with the Toyota Safety Sense sensor is currently unavailable.
Why Aluminum?
Our grill is made from 100% aluminum, not steel like many competitors. Aluminum is 2.5x less dense than steel, which matters because these grills bolt directly to plastic. Steel grills add unnecessary weight and stress that can crack your OEM plastic over time. Our aluminum grill weighs just 4 lbs, compared to nearly 12 lbs if it were made from steel. Less weight means less fatigue on your factory grill and a longer-lasting install.
Vinyl Lettering
If you select a vinyl lettering color, please include which letters (A-Z) you want in the order comments at checkout. Up to 6 letters allowed. Let us know if you have a preferred font and we'll do our best to accommodate. Letters are included but not pre-applied to the grill.

Easy install. Great fit. 10/10!
Awesome grill really sets the truck apart from all the OEM pro grills. Powder Coat looks high quality and like that it's aluminum and not steel. Install took 30 minutes.
Really think the quality of the BPF aluminium grill for my 3rd gen Tacoma is great. The installation went quite smooth and took me an hour start to finish.
Product did not come with advertised vinyl stickers. Customer support said they would send some but never did.
Hey Adam, thanks for the review! You didn’t state you wanted any text in the notes, which is why it didn’t shipped with your order. We ended up sending the lettering out by letter mail after you contacted us. It normally takes 4-10 business days to receive. If you had notified us that you didn’t receive it, we would have gladly sent you another set. If you would still like another set please email us @ info@bpfabricating.com and we can get some shipped out, thanks!
This is one of the best looking grill for the tacoma. Most tacoma grills sit out from the grill housing but this one sits flush and that really cleans the look of the truck. Easy 10 min install.
